Orders & Shipping
What are the shipping options and costs? We ship to the entire United States and offer the following options at checkout:
- Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
- Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
- Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10
Processing time is usually 1-3 business days before your order ships. Tracking information will be sent to your email once the package is on the way.
When will my order arrive? Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose:
- Express: 3-6 business days
- Standard / Free Shipping: 7-14 business days
Note: These are business days (Monday–Friday) and do not include weekends or holidays. Times may vary slightly during peak seasons.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Products
What materials are your mugs and tumblers made from? Our collection includes ceramic mugs, stainless steel tumblers, glass cups, and insulated drinkware. Most tumblers are double-walled and vacuum insulated to keep drinks hot for hours or cold all day. All products are food-safe and durable.
Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe? Most ceramic mugs are microwave and top-rack dishwasher safe. Insulated tumblers are generally hand-wash only to preserve the vacuum seal and print quality. Please check the product description for specific care instructions.
Can I personalize or customize my order? Some items support personalization. If you see a customization option on the product page, feel free to use it. For special requests, contact us before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in new condition. Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How do I return an item? Contact our customer support with your order number. We’ll provide a return shipping label if the return is approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the item.
What if my order arrives damaged? Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
